We process your information in the following ways: All feedback data including: audio, text , website links, images and video that you upload to our servers are stored. These data can be retrieved by any person with the correct link code. This link code is usually obtained by scanning a printed QWIQR qr code sticker.
Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties, but the stored data can be accessed by anyone with the correct link code.
If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

Right to be forgotten

and do not have an ongoing Qwiqr Premium or Qwiqr Premium for Teams subscription, we are legally required to delete your account.
Deletion is automatic and irreversible: we are prohibited by law from having the ability to recover user information.
If you want to prevent the deletion of your account, you just need to log in to our site.
You will be notified by email at least 30 days before the date of automatic deletion.
If you have an ongoing Qwiqr Premium or Qwiqr Premium for Teams subscription, we consider your account to still be active;
and will not automatically delete your account.
You can manually delete your account at any time by logging into our sites and visiting the Settings page. Alternatively you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@qwiqr.co.uk.
Subscription Customers
We use Chargebee, Stripe and PayPal to manage subscription payments for QWIQR premium. Chargebee, Stripe and PayPal are the data controllers for payment information and all payment information is stored by Chargebee, Stripe or PayPal. No payment or additional user data information is stored on the QWIQR servers.
